This update resolves an issue with the Pro-Tect software that may cause certificates and other printouts to produce garbled information on the printer.

dB Innovations apologizes for any inconvenience this problem may have caused.

THE NEW VERSION IS 3.1.1.


To update from PRO-TECT 3.x to Version 3.1.1:

1)  Unzip the file, 'Update.zip', to a temporary directory on your hard drive.

2)  In that directory, double-click the file 'PTUpdate.exe'.

3)  Follow the instructions on the screen to update your software.

Note: As part of the update process, the program backs up all of your database files and program files.
